Storage Pricing Plans & Consignment COD Settlement

The system calculates fulfillment service fees automatically based on contracted tariff schedules, providing transparent COD settlements for consignment clients.

1. Service Pricing Plans (Fulfillment Pricing)​

Path: Fulfillment ➔ Fulfillment Pricing Plans (path /fulfillment-pricing).

Configurable Fee Structures:​

  1. Storage Fee: Billed per cubic meter ($m^3$)/day or per pallet slot.
  2. Pick & Pack Fee: Billed per item unit or flat fee per fulfilled order.
  3. Packaging Material Fee: Cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film, custom branded tape.
  4. Barcode / Labeling Fee: Billed per label affixed.

2. Order Fee Reporting & COD Settlement​

Path: Fulfillment ➔ Order Fee Report / COD Reconciliation.

  • Order Fee Breakdown: Automatically calculates cumulative handling and packaging fees across all processed orders.
  • Consignment Payout Calculation:
    • Net Payout to Client = Total Collected COD - Total Shipping Fees - Total Fulfillment Service Fees.
    • Export transparent reconciliation spreadsheets for clients alongside payment bank remittance slips.
